Nextech3D.ai (CSE:NTAR)(OTCQB:NEXCF)(FSE:1SS) has launched KATE, an AI-powered Training Intelligence platform, and started the application process to join Anthropic’s Claude Partner Network. The announcements form part of the company’s plan to extend its enterprise software activities into workforce training, compliance education and knowledge management.

#What KATE is designed to do

KATE, short for Krafty AI Training Expert, combines custom AI avatars, automated assessments, Survey Intelligence and analytics. Nextech3D.ai said the platform can turn executives, trainers, employees and subject-matter experts into digital trainers supported by AI.

The platform is intended to support employee onboarding, workforce training, compliance education, sales enablement, customer education, product training, professional development and association learning programmes. Its tools are designed to collect feedback, assess knowledge and provide executive dashboards on training activity and effectiveness.

Unlike systems focused mainly on distributing learning content, KATE is being developed to provide ongoing data about training performance, knowledge gaps and learning outcomes, according to the company.

#Expansion of Krafty Labs

Nextech3D.ai described KATE as the next stage of Krafty Labs, which has worked on experiences involving events, education and employee engagement. Management expects Krafty Labs to increasingly direct its AI innovation, product development and commercialisation work towards KATE and other Training Intelligence solutions.

The company said KATE will complement, rather than replace, its existing event technology operations. Eventdex, Map D and other event platforms are expected by management to continue operating as independent growth engines.

Nextech3D.ai also said KATE is intended to create a recurring software revenue opportunity by using existing customer relationships and software capabilities. The company did not provide a revenue figure in the announcement.

#Existing customer relationships

Through Eventdex, Map D and Krafty Labs, Nextech3D.ai said it has relationships with more than 1,000 organisations. These include customers and organisations in technology, healthcare, banking, associations, education and professional services.

Management identified this customer base as a potential route for introducing KATE, while also warning that customer adoption is subject to risk and that current discussions may not lead to revenue or commercial contracts.

#Anthropic partner application

Nextech3D.ai said it has initiated an application to Anthropic’s Claude Partner Network. The company said that, if accepted, participation could provide technical training, partner enablement resources and enterprise AI expertise.

Acceptance has not been confirmed. Nextech3D.ai said there is no assurance that it will be admitted to the network or that participation, if approved, will produce a specific commercial, technical or financial benefit.

#Model-agnostic development approach

KATE is being developed with an architecture intended to support multiple AI models and technologies. The company identified potential support for technologies from Anthropic, OpenAI, xAI, Google, Grok and other providers, depending on customer requirements and enterprise preferences.

Nextech3D.ai said this approach is intended to give organisations flexibility when considering performance, security, cost, compliance requirements and geographic factors. Planned capabilities and integrations remain subject to technology development and third-party platform dependencies.

#Potential future uses and disclosed risks

Management believes KATE could develop beyond a standalone training product into an AI Expert Platform serving workforce training, customer education, association learning, event engagement and enterprise knowledge delivery. The company also referred to possible conversational AI features, integrations, pilot programmes, customer deployments and recurring SaaS revenue.

These statements are forward-looking and were presented as subject to technology-development, product-performance, customer-adoption and competitive risks. Nextech3D.ai also identified capital availability, reliance on third-party platforms, regulatory developments, data-security and privacy requirements, and the ability to commercialise new products as relevant uncertainties.

The company said planned conversational functionality or integrations may not be completed as contemplated, KATE may not achieve commercial adoption, and pilot discussions may not result in commercial contracts or material revenue. It cautioned readers not to place undue reliance on forward-looking statements.
