This Disclaimer applies to the FAQSIR platform, website, and all content, features, and services made available by Digitonic Ltd ("Digitonic Ltd", "we", "us", "our"). It should be read together with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to the statements below.
Important. FAQSIR is a productivity tool for investor relations teams. Content generated or displayed by FAQSIR is produced in part by artificial intelligence and is provided for informational purposes only. It is not investment advice, financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or subscribe for any security or other financial instrument. Always fact-check and obtain professional advice before making any decision.
Nothing on the Service, including any FAQ, summary, article, transcript, video, answer, or other output generated by FAQSIR (together, "Generated Output"), constitutes investment, financial, legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice. FAQSIR is not a regulated financial adviser, broker-dealer, investment adviser, or solicitor, and does not hold out any member of its staff as such. Generated Output must not be relied upon as the basis for any investment, trading, voting, corporate, or legal decision. Where you deem it to be appropriate, you should consult appropriately qualified professionals who can consider your specific circumstances.
Past performance is not indicative of future results. All investments carry risk, including the risk of total loss.
The Service uses artificial intelligence, including large language models and generative video models, to transform customer inputs into Generated Output.
It can be wrong. AI output is probabilistic. It can produce text or video that is inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, biased, or fabricated ("hallucinated"), even when it sounds confident.
It is not the same as human authorship. Generated Output is not reviewed by a human before it is produced and is not signed off by FAQSIR.
It may change. The same or similar prompts can produce different outputs at different times as models and inputs change.
It may reflect training data bias. Outputs can reflect biases present in the underlying models or data.
We recommend that every piece of Generated Output is (i) fact-checked against source documents, (ii) reviewed by a qualified human in your organisation (such as an investor relations officer, company secretary, compliance officer, or legal counsel), and (iii) clearly labelled as AI-assisted where your disclosure obligations require it.
FAQSIR is a tool. It does not assess whether any Generated Output complies with the laws, listing rules, market abuse regulations, disclosure obligations, or corporate governance codes that apply to you or your customers. You alone are responsible for ensuring that any content you create, publish, or disseminate:
Does not contain inside information disclosed selectively or prematurely;
Is accurate, fair, balanced, and not misleading;
Complies with the UK Market Abuse Regulation, the EU Market Abuse Regulation, US federal and state securities laws, the rules of any listing authority or trading venue on which relevant securities are admitted, and all other applicable regulations;
Has been authorised by the appropriate persons within your organisation before release;
Is accompanied by any forward-looking statement disclaimers, safe-harbour language, or AI-disclosure statements required in your jurisdiction.
FAQSIR does not file, disseminate, or submit regulatory announcements on your behalf and does not act as your regulatory information service.
Generated Output may include statements that are forward-looking, such as expectations, projections, targets, estimates, or similar. Forward-looking statements are inherently uncertain, depend on assumptions that may prove incorrect, and involve risks known and unknown that may cause actual results to differ materially. Neither FAQSIR nor its Customers undertake, by using the Service, any obligation to update forward-looking statements to reflect new information or future events, except as required by law.
The Service may display, embed, or link to third-party content, websites, or services. FAQSIR does not control, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, or legality of third-party content and is not responsible for it. Your use of third-party content is at your own risk and may be subject to separate terms.
THE SERVICE AND ALL GENERATED OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, RELIABILITY, TIMELINESS, NON-INFRINGEMENT, TITLE, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any Generated Output is free from defects or suitable for any particular use.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FAQSIR, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, reputation, goodwill, data, business opportunity, or anticipated savings, arising out of or in connection with:
Your use of, or inability to use, the Service;
Any reliance placed on Generated Output;
Any investment, trading, disclosure, or business decision made on the basis of Generated Output;
Any inaccuracy, omission, delay, or defect in the Service or Generated Output;
Any third-party content, service, or integration; or
Any regulatory action, enforcement, fine, or loss arising from content you published using the Service.
Your total remedies are limited as further described in our Terms and Conditions. Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
