INEO Tech Corp. (TSXV:INEO, OTCQB:INEOF, FSE:0OQ) has announced preliminary unaudited results for the first quarter of fiscal 2027, reporting expected revenue of more than $1.3 million and Adjusted EBITDA within a range of negative $50,000 to positive $50,000. The quarter ended September 30, 2026.

#Revenue rises from prior periods

INEO said its preliminary first-quarter revenue increased more than 25% from the record $1,030,946 recorded in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2026. It also rose more than 350% from $288,171 in the first quarter of fiscal 2026.

The company said the preliminary first-quarter figure represented more than 60% of the $2.08 million generated during all of fiscal 2026.

#Adjusted EBITDA remains close to break-even

INEO expects preliminary Adjusted EBITDA for the quarter to be between negative $50,000 and positive $50,000. Chief Executive Officer Kyle Hall described the result as approximately break-even as shipment volumes increased, while also stating that significant work remains ahead.

Adjusted EBITDA is a non-IFRS financial measure. INEO said management uses it to assess operating performance before financing costs, income taxes, depreciation, amortization and certain non-cash items. The measure does not have a standardized meaning under IFRS Accounting Standards and may not be comparable with similarly named measures reported by other companies. The company expects to provide a reconciliation to the most directly comparable IFRS measure in its first-quarter fiscal 2027 Management's Discussion and Analysis.

#Unshipped customer orders

At the end of the quarter, INEO had more than $300,000 in confirmed customer orders that had not yet shipped. During the period, the company continued moving orders through shipment and deployment and expanded the installed base for its connected entrance infrastructure platform.

Hall said management's stated priorities include converting customer orders into shipments, completing system deployments, expanding the installed base that supports recurring platform revenue and pursuing new customer opportunities. These statements describe the company's priorities rather than completed outcomes.

#Company background

Its patented platform combines electronic article surveillance, digital display screens, edge processing and cloud-based services in a managed front-of-store system. #Final results remain subject to review

INEO expects to release its complete first-quarter fiscal 2027 financial results and file its interim financial statements and Management's Discussion and Analysis before the end of November, in accordance with applicable reporting requirements.

The revenue, Adjusted EBITDA and order figures in the announcement are preliminary and unaudited. They remain subject to completion of the company's normal quarter-end closing and review procedures, and final results may differ from the preliminary figures. The preliminary financial information is also unaudited and remains subject to completion of those procedures.
