Brightline Interactive said Nasdaq has confirmed that its common stock met the exchange’s minimum bid price requirement, closing a potential delisting matter.
Brightline Interactive, Inc. (Nasdaq: BTLN) said Nasdaq has confirmed that its common stock satisfied the exchange’s minimum bid price rule. The company received the confirmation letter on October 12, 2026, after its closing bid price remained at $1.00 per share or greater for 10 consecutive business days.
According to Brightline, Nasdaq’s letter stated that the company had met the listing requirement and that the matter was closed. Brightline’s shares continue to trade on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol “BTLN.”
The compliance issue followed a Nasdaq Staff Determination to delist the company issued on September 11, 2026. Brightline requested a hearing before the Nasdaq Hearings Panel on September 17, 2026. That request stayed any suspension or delisting action while the company addressed the bid-price requirement.
Brightline effected a 1-for-8 reverse stock split of its common stock, effective September 28, 2026. The company said the action was taken to regain compliance with Nasdaq’s Bid Price Rule.
President and Chief Executive Officer Tyler Gates said the compliance issue had been resolved and that the company was continuing with its existing priorities. Brightline said those priorities include advancing opportunities for SpatialCore and developing partnerships across the Physical AI ecosystem.

The platform is designed to bring together data from sensors, autonomous systems, digital twins, geospatial environments and other sources into a shared, AI-ready view of the physical world. The company works across defence, government and commercial markets.
Brightline cautioned that its forward-looking statements include risks involving its ability to maintain compliance with Nasdaq’s continued listing standards and keep its securities listed on Nasdaq. The company also said actual results could differ materially from its expectations or beliefs, and that its forward-looking statements speak only as of the date they are made.
