Arrive AI and Rivo begin proof-of-concept for autonomous golf-property deliveries
Arrive AI and Rivo are collaborating on autonomous delivery systems for luxury hospitality, beginning with a proof-of-concept programme at a golf property in Palm Beach, Florida.
Arrive AI and Rivo have announced a collaboration to test secure autonomous delivery systems for luxury hospitality properties. The work begins with a proof-of-concept programme at a golf property in Palm Beach, Florida, where the companies are evaluating deliveries of food, beverages, merchandise and other items.
The collaboration will integrate Arrive Points into Rivo’s autonomous solutions platform. Arrive Points are physical delivery endpoints intended to receive items from autonomous vehicles and support secure release, package handoff and chain-of-custody processes.
Rivo’s initial programme is focused on golf, which the company describes as the first real-world testing environment for its wider hospitality platform. The platform is being developed for settings such as golf clubs, private clubs and resorts.
Within a golf property, Rivo’s system is designed to coordinate delivery tasks, identify where golfers are located and direct orders to designated collection points. The workflow can also include customer verification and authorisation before an item is released at an Arrive Point.
Rivo is developing software intended to coordinate property operations, customer interactions, autonomous systems and different hardware providers. The company says its platform is not tied to one drone manufacturer or autonomous vehicle.
The companies have also discussed possible uses beyond food and beverage deliveries. These include maintenance, agronomy, other operational logistics activities, ground robotics and autonomous service workflows. Rivo’s broader platform is being developed with premium clubs, resorts and other hospitality properties in mind.
Arrive AI has supplied Rivo with API access and technical documentation, including access to the Arrive OS operating system. The companies have conducted technical workshops examining how autonomous vehicles can deliver items to Arrive Points.
The discussions have focused on package capture, delivery accuracy and the mechanisms used to complete a secure handoff. Arrive AI has also provided a demonstration unit made at half the height of a standard Arrive Point, allowing it to be shipped between demonstrations at golf courses and resorts while retaining the same patented vehicle-receiving capability and operating system, according to the announcement.
Arrive AI, identified in the announcement as NASDAQ:ARAI, is developing infrastructure for autonomous logistics through intelligent delivery endpoints. Its stated applications include deliveries involving drones, ground robotics and human couriers across logistics, healthcare and enterprise settings.
Rivo is focused on coordinating autonomous solutions for luxury hospitality. Its current golf deployments in South Florida are being used to develop and test autonomous delivery and operational workflows.
Arrive AI announced a collaboration with Rivo to integrate Arrive Points™ into Rivo’s autonomous delivery ecosystem. The work begins with a proof-of-concept programme focused on secure autonomous delivery at golf properties.
Arrive AI announced the collaboration on October 13, 2026. The initial programme covers a proof-of-concept at a golf property in Palm Beach, Florida, evaluating secure autonomous delivery of food, beverages, merchandise and other items.
Arrive AI and Rivo are evaluating how secure autonomous delivery can be deployed across large hospitality properties. The initial focus is golf, where Rivo is operating a proof-of-concept programme.
Arrive Points™ provide a secure physical destination for autonomous deliveries. Arrive AI says they support chain-of-custody requirements and secure package handoff after an autonomous vehicle reaches its destination.
Rivo is developing a hardware-agnostic platform designed to orchestrate autonomous solutions across luxury hospitality environments. It is designed to connect property operations, customer experiences, autonomous systems and multiple hardware providers rather than being tied to a specific drone manufacturer or autonomous vehicle.
Golf is Rivo’s initial market and first real-world proving ground for its broader platform. The companies describe golf properties as large, distributed environments with customers moving around the property and varied food, beverage, retail and operational service needs.
Rivo can incorporate customer verification and authorisation into the delivery workflow. The intended process connects a customer’s order and authorisation through Rivo to secure release and pickup at an Arrive Point™.
Arrive AI has provided API access and integration documentation, including access to its proprietary Arrive OS operating system. The companies have also held technical workshops on vehicle-to-Arrive Point™ delivery workflows, focusing on package capture, delivery accuracy and secure handoff mechanisms.
Arrive AI shared a demonstration unit built at half the height of a standard Arrive Point™ to make shipping between demonstrations at golf courses and resorts easier. The company says the unit retains the same patented autonomous vehicle receiving capability and operating system as its standard units.
The companies have discussed applications beyond food and beverage delivery, including maintenance, agronomy and other operational logistics uses. They have also discussed possible future opportunities involving ground robotics and autonomous service workflows.
Arrive AI says the work with Rivo is intended to support progress in secure delivery across other large properties. Rivo is developing its platform with broader applications in mind across premium clubs, resorts and hospitality properties, while stating that additional use cases are expected to emerge as the platform develops.
Arrive AI is identified in the announcement as trading on NASDAQ under the ticker symbol ARAI, written as NASDAQ:ARAI. The company describes its business as building infrastructure for autonomous logistics through intelligent delivery endpoints.
