QYOU Media Inc. reported record quarterly revenue of $9,615,540 for the three months ended September 30, 2025, with the company also recording net income for the first time in its history. The Toronto-, Los Angeles- and Mumbai-based company said the results reflected growth in its influencer marketing operations in North America and India.

#Revenue and profitability

Revenue increased by $2,927,720, or 44%, compared with the same period in the prior year. QYOU Media reported net income of $738,313 for the quarter and Adjusted EBITDA of $1,448,132.

Adjusted EBITDA is a non-IFRS financial measure. QYOU Media said it should not be considered separately from, or as a replacement for, net income or other measures prepared under International Financial Reporting Standards. The company also noted that the measure excludes certain periodic costs and may not be comparable with similarly titled measures reported by other companies.

#Cash position and operating activities

QYOU Media ended the three months ended September 30, 2025 with cash and cash equivalents of $4,130,530, compared with $874,367 for the same period in 2024.

#Business operations and ownership update

The company attributed the revenue increase to continued growth in its influencer marketing business units in North America and India. QYOU Media operates in the United States and India through subsidiaries. Its Indian business Chtrbox is described as an influencer marketing platform and agency connecting brands, products and social media influencers.

QYOU Media also reported that Chatterbox Technologies is now 51% owned following its initial public offering on the Bombay Stock Exchange SME platform in India. The company identified its strategic focus on QYOU USA and Chatterbox Technologies as part of the developments surrounding the quarter.

CEO and Co-Founder Curt Marvis said the company expects to capture market share in the Creator Economy and influencer marketing industry. The release also cited an expectation that the industry will grow to over $480 Billion by 2027, with an estimated CAGR of 22-25% through 2030. These statements are based on QYOU Media’s current projections and expectations; the company cautioned that the assumptions may prove incorrect and that actual results could differ materially.

#Share consolidation and equity awards

QYOU Media said it had completed its previously announced consolidation of common shares. The consolidation was carried out on the basis of one (1) post-consolidation share for every twelve (12) pre-consolidation shares.

The company also reported grants of 2,796,667 RSU's and 600,000 options to certain directors, executives, employees and consultants. The awards carry customary 3 year and 4 year vesting schedules, respectively.
