QYOU Media Inc. has released preliminary sales and gross margin figures for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2025. The company said the figures are not final and remain subject to audit and finalisation, with full-year results expected to be available on April 30, 2026.

#Preliminary fourth-quarter results

QYOU Media expects fourth-quarter net sales to be between $11.0 - $11.2 million, compared with $6.9 million in the fourth quarter of 2024. The company said the period’s gross profit margin is expected to range from 73% – 76%, versus 62% in the same period a year earlier.

Adjusted EBITDA for the quarter is expected to be $0.8 million. QYOU Media identifies Adjusted EBITDA as a non-IFRS financial measure and says it should not be viewed separately from, or as a replacement for, financial measures prepared under IFRS.

#Full-year continuing operations

For continuing operations, QYOU Media expects 2025 net sales of $32.0 - $32.3 million, compared with $26.9 million in 2024. The expected gross profit margin for the period is between 58% – 59%, compared with 52% in 2024.

The company said its preliminary figures are subject to completion of the audit and finalisation. It expects to publish its full-year results on April 30, 2026.

#Business and reporting context

QYOU Media describes its business as creator marketing and performance media. Its subsidiaries, QYOU USA and Chtrbox India, develop, distribute and amplify creator-led content for brands. Chtrbox operates in India as an influencer and marketing platform and agency, while QYOU works with film studios, game publishers and consumer packaged goods brands in the United States on creator-led campaigns.

The company said Adjusted EBITDA excludes certain non-cash and non-recurring operating expenses, including stock-based compensation, marketing credits, depreciation and amortisation. It also noted that the measure does not include the periodic costs of certain amortising assets and may not be comparable with similarly titled measures reported by other companies.

#Forward-looking statement qualifications

QYOU Media said statements about expected results and future activities are based on current projections, expectations and other factors that management considers appropriate. It warned that the underlying assumptions may prove incorrect and that actual results could differ materially because of numerous factors, including risks beyond the company’s control.

The company’s forward-looking disclosures refer to matters including future investments, related approvals, approval by the Reserve Bank of India of future investments, the expected use of investment proceeds and future business activities. QYOU Media said it does not undertake to publicly update or revise such statements except where required by law.
