QYOU Media Inc. reported a 27% year-on-year increase in revenue for the three months ended June 30, 2026, with growth attributed to its influencer marketing operations in North America and India. The company also reported a wider Adjusted EBITDA loss and higher cash and cash equivalents compared with the same period in 2025.
#Revenue rises to $7,270,657
QYOU Media generated revenue of $7,270,657 in Q2 FY 2026, an increase of $1,557,405 or 27% from the corresponding prior-year period. The company said the result was supported by continued growth in its influencer marketing business units in North America and India.
All amounts reported by the company are in Canadian dollars. QYOU Media is listed on the TSXV under QYOU and on the OTCQB under QYOUF.
#Adjusted EBITDA moves to a loss
Adjusted EBITDA was a loss of $952,476 for the period ended June 30, 2026, compared with Adjusted EBITDA of $405 in the same period a year earlier.
QYOU Media attributed the change mainly to seasonal revenue patterns, which it said normally lead to significant revenue increases in the second half of the year, together with continued strategic investment intended to expand the scale of the business.
Adjusted EBITDA is a non-IFRS measure. The company said the measure excludes certain non-cash and non-recurring operating expenses, including stock-based compensation, marketing credits, depreciation and amortization. It also cautioned that the measure does not include the periodic costs of certain amortising assets and may not be comparable with similarly titled measures reported by other companies.
#Cash position and operating cash use
Cash and cash equivalents stood at $3,557,467 as at June 30, 2026, compared with $871,689 as at June 30, 2025.
Cash used in operating activities from continuing operations was $941,662 for the three months ended June 30, 2026. That compared with $1,223,772 in the corresponding prior-year period.
