KIDZ AI Inc. (NASDAQ:KIDZ)(NASDAQ:KIDZW) announced on October 7, 2026 that it had become an AFCOM Solution Provider Member. The education technology company said the membership will support its engagement with data centre operators and infrastructure professionals while it evaluates GPU cloud platforms and AI data centre infrastructure.

#AFCOM membership and infrastructure focus

AFCOM is a professional association focused on data centre and IT infrastructure management. KIDZ AI said the organisation includes more than 2,000 professionals and more than 30 chapters across North America and Australia.

Its activities include industry events, research and educational programmes covering areas such as power, cooling, facility operations and emerging AI workloads. Through its Solution Provider membership, KIDZ AI said it will have access to AFCOM’s research, educational programmes, regional chapter network and opportunities to engage with data centre operators and infrastructure decision-makers.

#Relationship with Open Compute Project

The AFCOM membership follows KIDZ AI’s recent acceptance into the Open Compute Project as a Bronze Member. The company described the two organisations as providing different forms of industry engagement.

According to KIDZ AI, OCP is associated with open data centre hardware designs, technical standards and infrastructure engineering. AFCOM provides connections to facility management, infrastructure planning, deployment and other operational and commercial considerations.

#High-density AI infrastructure requirements

KIDZ AI said the AFCOM relationship will give it an opportunity to examine practical requirements for high-density AI infrastructure, including power availability, cooling, facility operations and other deployment needs.

Stephanie Luo, KIDZ AI’s chief executive, said the company’s involvement with OCP and AFCOM provides exposure to both the technical and operational aspects of the AI infrastructure ecosystem. She attributed the engagement to the company’s GPU cloud strategy and its evaluation of future commercial opportunities.

KIDZ AI said it intends to use its industry relationships and technical ecosystem engagements to support infrastructure planning, deployment strategy and future commercial initiatives. The company continues to evaluate opportunities involving GPU cloud platforms and AI data centre infrastructure.

#KIDZ AI’s business areas

KIDZ AI describes itself as an AI-driven education technology company developing learning systems that combine artificial intelligence, AI agents and robotics. Alongside its core EdTech activities, it is pursuing opportunities in AI compute infrastructure, GPU cloud platforms and related data centre ecosystems.

#Risks and forward-looking statements

KIDZ AI said statements about its future plans, strategies, projections, anticipated events and trends are forward-looking and subject to uncertainty. The company identified risks involving execution of its business model, market acceptance of its products and services, expansion into related areas including the autonomous fleet industry, financial and business performance, and any underlying assumptions connected with financial projections and business metrics.

The company also cited its ability to obtain and deploy GPUs and related equipment, maintain the listing of its securities on Nasdaq, attract and retain customers and key personnel, meet future capital requirements, and secure and maintain intellectual property protection without infringing third-party rights.

Additional risks identified by KIDZ AI include changes in laws and regulations, international political, regulatory, currency and enforcement issues, and other economic, business and competitive factors. The company said its actual results and financial condition may differ materially from those indicated in forward-looking statements and that it does not undertake to update such statements except as required by law.
