Tectonic Metals Inc. (TSXV:TECT; OTCQX:TETOF) has reported assay results from 19 drill holes at Chicken Mountain, part of the company’s Flat Gold Project in southwest Alaska. The release covers approximately 2,650 m of drilling across 18 reverse-circulation holes and one diamond-core hole at the Alpha Bowl and Adit zones.
The company said the results include broad, near-surface gold intersections alongside narrower higher-grade intervals. Reported intercepts are downhole lengths because there is insufficient information to determine true widths.
At Alpha Bowl, drill hole CMR26-170 returned 2.41 g/t Au over 59.44 m. The interval included 11.82 g/t Au over 10.67 m, including 39.96 g/t Au over 3.05 m.
The same hole also contained a broader surface-starting interval of 1.86 g/t Au over 80.77 m. CMR26-170 ended in mineralization, so the extent of the intersection beyond the hole remains unresolved and is subject to follow-up drilling.
Alpha Bowl forms the northern extension of the Chicken Mountain intrusion. Tectonic said the zone covers approximately 820 m along strike and up to 600 m in width, with gold intersected to at least 300 m depth. Assays from three holes east of CMR26-170 remain pending.
At the Adit Zone, CMR26-163 intersected 1.52 g/t Au over 42.67 m. The result included 27.35 g/t Au over 1.52 m and 3.84 g/t Au over the final 13.72 m of the hole. Tectonic said higher-grade mineralization beyond the end of the hole has not been tested.
Other Adit Main results included 0.90 g/t Au over 73.15 m in CMR26-160, including 2.14 g/t Au over 21.34 m and 6.97 g/t Au over 4.57 m. CMR26-161 returned 0.70 g/t Au over 45.72 m, plus a separate deeper interval of 0.69 g/t Au over 15.24 m.
CMR26-162 returned 1.06 g/t Au over 19.81 m, followed by a separate interval of 0.64 g/t Au over 33.53 m. CMR26-171 produced 0.66 g/t Au over 35.05 m. Tectonic said CMR26-162, CMR26-163 and CMR26-171 all ended in mineralization.
The Adit Zone is associated with a structural contact between the Chicken Mountain and Alpha Bowl monzonites. Follow-up drilling is intended to examine continuity along the contact, extend mineralization beyond current drill limits and test the Adit West trend.
Diamond hole CMD26-054 intersected 0.73 g/t Au over 43.50 m, including 1.22 g/t Au over 15.00 m, within a multi-stage hydrothermal breccia. Tectonic described the breccia as involving repeated faulting, brecciation and veining.
The company is using follow-up holes at approximately 100 m spacing to test the breccia’s extent and its relationship with nearby mineralization. Assays for CMD26-064 and CMD26-066 are pending.
Tectonic said the Chicken Mountain mineralized footprint extends 3.3 km in length and up to 700 m in width, and has been drill-tested to a vertical depth of 300 m. Chicken Mountain is the most advanced of six kilometre-scale intrusion targets at the 99,840-acre Flat Gold Project.
The company said more than 29,000 m of drilling had been completed in 2026 to support resource delineation and expansion at Chicken Mountain, with drilling planned through the end of October. A further 114 drill holes, representing 22,000 m, were in the laboratory queue.
Tectonic is targeting a maiden mineral resource estimate for Q1 2027 and a Preliminary Economic Assessment for Q2 2027. The company said drilling results and pending column-leach testing will inform the mineral resource estimate. Regional soil-sampling results are also pending.
The analytical work was carried out by ALS Global. Upon arrival at the laboratory, samples were dried, crushed to 2 mm and riffle split into nominal 500-gram subsample aliquots (prep codes CRU-31, SPL-32a).
Tectonic stated that geological interpretations and forward-looking statements involve risks and uncertainties. It also cautioned that visual estimates, core photographs and geological descriptions are not substitutes for laboratory assay results or evidence of economic viability.
