RenX Enterprises Corp. (NASDAQ:RENX) reported that its wholly owned subsidiary, Resource Group US Holdings LLC, delivered 192,276 cubic yards of material in the nine months ended September 30, 2026. That figure was approximately 18% higher than the 163,319 cubic yards delivered during all of 2025.
Resource Group delivered 54,064 cubic yards of finished compost, mulch and processed wood products to customers during the third quarter of 2026. RenX said this was approximately 98% above the 27,330 cubic yards recorded in the third quarter of 2025.
The third-quarter figure was approximately 26% below the 72,640 cubic yards delivered in the second quarter of 2026. That second-quarter result was the highest quarterly total since RenX acquired Resource Group in June 2025.
For the nine-month period, the 192,276 cubic yards represented an increase of approximately 58% from the 121,454 cubic yards delivered in the same period of 2025. RenX said the third quarter was the lowest-volume quarter of 2026 to date, but remained approximately 8% above the highest-volume quarter of 2025.
The reported 2026 volumes came from ordinary commercial operations and did not include the storm debris work that contributed to 2025 volumes following the 2024 hurricane season. RenX said every quarter of 2026 had exceeded every quarter of 2025.
Inbound feedstock receipts at the permitted 80+ acre organics processing facility in Myakka City, Florida, were approximately 96,500 cubic yards in the third quarter. The company reported approximately 97,700 cubic yards in the second quarter.
RenX said the Microtec UTM 1200 Turbo Mill was set in place at the Myakka City facility on September 30, 2026. The company is targeting commissioning of engineered substrate production for the fourth quarter of 2026.
Chief Executive Officer David Villarreal attributed the delivery results to commercial demand and the capacity of the rebuilt platform. He also noted that third-quarter volumes were below the second-quarter record. RenX said engineered substrate is the next product it intends to add.
The delivery figures are unaudited operating metrics taken from Resource Group's scale and material tracking system. They are measured in cubic yards at the point of outbound delivery and include compost, mulch, high processed wood mulch and hardwood fines.
The figures exclude sand and fill dirt. RenX said the metrics are not measures of revenue, pricing or profitability and are not derived from the company's financial statements.
RenX said its financial statements for the third quarter of 2026 had not been finalised. They remain subject to the company's closing procedures and review by its independent registered public accounting firm. The company said it will report its third-quarter 2026 financial results in its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q.
In discussing forward-looking matters, RenX identified risks involving the timing and success of installing and commissioning the Microtec UTM 1200 Turbo Mill, seasonal, weather-related and market-driven changes in demand, equipment downtime and other operational disruptions. It also cited the availability and cost of feedstock and other inputs, liquidity and working-capital requirements, debt maturities, the ability to continue as a going concern and the ability to maintain its Nasdaq listing.
Other risks identified by the company include reliance on third-party technologies and partners, market acceptance of engineered growing media and bulk materials products, real-estate monetisation initiatives and general economic and market conditions. The commissioning target and the planned addition of engineered substrate remain forward-looking matters identified by RenX.
