These statements are forward-looking information, and the company cautions that they depend on assumptions including the continuance of Silver Tiger and its subsidiaries as a going concern, general economic and market conditions, mineral prices, the accuracy of mineral resource estimates and the performance of El Tigre.
The company also identifies exploration and development risks, the possibility of failing to establish estimated mineral resources or mineral reserves, commodity-price volatility, variations in recovery rates and global economic conditions as factors that could cause actual results and future events to differ materially from those anticipated.
