DataMEDS AI, Inc. (NASDAQ:MEDS) says its pharmacy-focused subsidiary, Corexa Health, has entered an agreement covering the commercial supply of bulk drug substance and API for six peptides. Corexa Pharmacy intends to begin dispensing compliant compounded prescriptions for the peptides in November 2026.
The products are BPC-157, TB-500, KPV, MOTS-c, Epitalon and Semax. DataMEDS AI refers to them collectively as the Six Peptides.
The company said the peptides were recommended by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee at its July 23-24, 2026 meeting.
DataMEDS AI says Corexa Pharmacy intends to dispense the compounded prescriptions in accordance with the U.S. Health and Human Services Enforcement Discretion Policy, which was published in the Federal Register on October 30, 2026.
The company also intends to use the Health Lives Here mobile application to help collect and report safety data under that policy. DataMEDS AI identifies launch timing, physician prescribing demand, uptake across its pharmacy network, adverse events and product liability among the risks associated with the programme.
DataMEDS AI states that the Six Peptides are compounded drugs, are not FDA-approved and have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety or efficacy.
The company says the FDA or HHS could change or withdraw the enforcement discretion policy. It also identifies potential uncertainty involving the FDA’s final decisions on the bulks list, state board of pharmacy rules, sterile compounding compliance, reliance on a single supplier and the supplier’s quality.
Other risks cited by the company include reliance on a partner pharmacy, the ability to maintain compliance with Nasdaq listing standards, liquidity, capital resources and the ability to fund operations. DataMEDS AI says actual results may differ materially from its forward-looking statements.
DataMEDS AI says its distribution division plans to use third-party logistics capabilities to help bulk drug substance and API suppliers manage their supply through a warehouse in Lakeland, Florida.
The company also says Corexa Health can serve a network of 6,500+ independent pharmacies. It describes Corexa Pharmacy’s intended role as providing physicians with a regulated, pharmacy-compounded option in place of unregulated research-use-only products sold online.
DataMEDS AI describes itself as a healthcare company that combines health information technology and physical infrastructure with its EinsteinRx ™ artificial intelligence platform and PharmacyChain ™ blockchain-enabled smart contracts platform.
Its Corexa Health subsidiary provides pharmacy dispensing and related services, including distribution of products developed by Tollo Health. DataMEDS AI also owns Helomics Corporation, a commercial clinical molecular diagnostics laboratory focused on the ChemoFx ® Assay. The company was formerly known as Wellgistics Health, Inc.
DataMEDS AI cites Precedence Research as expecting the U.S. compounding pharmacy market to grow from $18 billion in 2025 to over $31 billion by 2035. The figures are an external market expectation and are not presented as a forecast of DataMEDS AI’s revenue or performance.
