Cosmos Health Inc. (NASDAQ:COSM) reported 12,050 active subscriptions on its U.S. direct-to-consumer platform as of October 28, 2026. The company said the figure was 92% higher than the 6,287 subscriptions reported on October 14, 2026.

#Subscription base expands over two weeks

Cosmos Health said active U.S. subscriptions reached 8,940 five days after the October 14 update, representing a 42% increase. The total then rose to 12,050, which the company reported as a 35% increase over nine days.

The company launched its U.S. subscription model in mid-July 2026 and began scaling it in mid-September 2026 while increasing investment in its U.S. platform.

#Monthly subscription value and orders

Monthly subscription value increased 94% over the same two-week period, from $919,945 to $1,787,585. Cosmos Health defines the measure as the amount that would be billed in one month for active subscriptions at standard renewal pricing.

The figure is an operating metric rather than revenue under U.S. GAAP, and it does not represent revenue earned to date. Actual renewal revenue will depend on renewals, cancellations, pauses and skipped deliveries.

Online checkout orders tracked by the company’s platform reached 20,677. Cosmos Health reported this as a 41% increase from 14,624 on October 19, 2026, and a 90% increase from 10,881 on October 14, 2026.

#Company comments on recurring subscriptions

Greg Siokas, chief executive officer of Cosmos Health, said the subscription base had reached 12,050 and that its monthly value had nearly doubled over two weeks. He described the model as recurring and said it was also live in Australia, New Zealand and the broader Oceania region.

Cosmos Health said it expects the recurring portion of U.S. revenue to increase as successive monthly subscriber cohorts renew. The company also stated that active subscriptions renew on a recurring basis, although the resulting renewal revenue will be affected by subscriber behaviour, including cancellations, pauses and skipped deliveries.
