Arrive AI has installed two Arrive Point™ AP3+ units at a commercial office building in Central Indiana. The company described the deployment as its first Arrive Point™ installation in a commercial office setting.
The Nasdaq-listed company said the installation is intended to provide a dedicated location for deliveries, while allowing it to study how employees and building operators use the system in daily office activity.
The AP3+ units are positioned near the building’s employee entrance. Arrive AI said the location is accessible to delivery personnel and autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), allowing goods to be collected asynchronously rather than requiring the sender and recipient to be present at the same time.
The units are designed for deliveries including packages, documents, food and supplies. Arrive AI said these items may otherwise be left at areas such as a front desk, mailroom, lobby, counter or hallway.
Arrive AI said it is using the installation to gather information from everyday use. Areas of interest include how employees interact with a secure delivery point and what building operators require from such a system.
Dan O’Toole, Arrive AI’s founder, chairman and chief executive officer, said the company expects to learn by observing how the units are used in the building.
Arrive AI said secure delivery points could give people working in commercial buildings a designated location for receiving goods. The company also said couriers, and eventually delivery robots, could use such locations as consistent handoff points as delivery methods change.
Arrive AI describes its business as physical AI and autonomous logistics infrastructure. Its network of intelligent delivery endpoints is intended to support the secure, asynchronous exchange of goods involving drones, AMRs, autonomous vehicles and human couriers.
The company says its platform supports drones, ground robotics and human couriers across logistics, healthcare and enterprise delivery. Arrive AI trades on Nasdaq under the ticker NASDAQ:ARAI.

Arrive AI said secure delivery points could provide people working in a building with a safe place to receive deliveries and give couriers, and in time delivery robots, a consistent place to hand them off. These possibilities were presented by the company as delivery methods evolve.
