American Resources Corporation (NASDAQ:AREC), ReElement Technologies Corporation and majority-owned subsidiary Electrified Materials Corporation have announced participation in three investor and industry conferences during October 2026. The events will bring company representatives into discussions involving battery recycling, electronics recovery and critical mineral supply chains.
The Maxim Growth Summit is scheduled for October 12-14, 2026, in New York, NY. Hosted by Maxim Group, the invitation-only gathering is intended to connect company executives, institutional investors, entrepreneurs and industry leaders through industry discussions and one-on-one meetings.
Mark LaVerghetta, Executive Director of American Resources and ReElement, and Kirk Taylor, Chief Financial Officer of both companies, will represent the organisations during the summit. Their participation will include meetings with institutional investors and other members of the investment community.
The Battery Show North America will take place at Huntington Place in Detroit, MI, from October 12-15, 2026. The conference and exhibition covers battery chemistry, manufacturing, energy storage and sustainability, and is listed as featuring more than 250 speakers and 1,000 exhibitors.
Chris Dreska, Chief Executive Officer of Electrified Materials, and Douglas Luciano, Founder and Executive Director of Blackion, will engage with battery manufacturers, automotive companies and other industry participants. Discussions will address manufacturing scrap and end-of-life batteries.
Electrified Materials is expected to highlight activities spanning battery disposition, aggregation, dismantling, preprocessing and conditioning. The company’s stated focus includes lithium iron phosphate (LFP) and other lithium-ion battery materials.
The announcement also refers to Electrified Materials’ recently announced proposed acquisition of Blackion. It describes the proposal as intended to add battery lifecycle expertise, feedstock relationships and reverse logistics capabilities. The transaction is not described as completed.
E-Waste World Expo North America is scheduled for October 28-29, 2026, at Cobb Galleria Centre in Atlanta, GA. The event is being held alongside the Battery Recycling Expo and Critical Minerals Expo, with coverage of electronics recycling, resource recovery and e-waste management.
Dreska and Luciano will explore potential partnerships with electronics recyclers, material aggregators and processing providers. The discussions will centre on collection and recovery pathways for critical materials, including links between end-of-life material streams, Electrified Materials’ processing capabilities and downstream refining through ReElement and other partners.
American Resources operates across resource sourcing, feedstock aggregation, recycling, processing, conditioning and advanced refining. The company says its Platform Orchestration strategy brings together capabilities in feedstock origination, industrial processing and refining.
ReElement Technologies is described as a U.S. developer and operator of advanced rare earth and critical mineral refining capacity. Its modular platform is used to separate and purify rare earth elements and critical minerals from sources including primary mineral concentrates, recycled materials, industrial byproducts and other unconventional feedstocks.
Electrified Materials focuses on recycling, processing and circular supply-chain activities for critical minerals and strategic materials. Its stated material streams include lithium-ion batteries, permanent magnets, data-centre and electronic components, and ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
