Tianci International, Inc. reported total revenue of $14,242,611 for the fiscal year ended July 31, 2026, compared with $9,282,997 for the previous fiscal year. The company remained loss-making, recording a net loss of $2,454,798, while its logistics operations faced lower demand linked to tariff concerns and pricing pressures.

#Revenue supported by mineral trading launch

Tianci said the increase in annual revenue was primarily connected to the start of its global mineral trading business. The activity generated $4,409,563 during fiscal 2026, representing approximately 31% of revenue for the year.

The company’s logistics operations accounted for 63% of overall revenue. However, logistics revenue decreased by 0.7% compared with the year ended July 31, 2025.

#Logistics margins declined

Tianci attributed weaker logistics demand to concerns about tariff implementation and broader pricing pressure. It also cited declining demand in the Southeast Asia market.

The gross profit percentage for logistics services fell from 3.93% in fiscal 2025 to 2.29% in fiscal 2026. Across the business, the fiscal 2026 gross profit percentage was 7.43%. Mineral product sales generated a gross profit percentage of 7.43%, while other services, including electronic parts sales and business consulting, produced a gross profit percentage of 58.8%.

#Net loss and cash movement

Tianci reported a net loss of $2,454,798 for fiscal 2026, compared with a net loss of $2,686,357 for fiscal 2025.

The company said its operations reduced its cash balance by $2,199,382 during the year. A public offering completed in June 2026 generated net proceeds of $4,390,512, which Tianci said offset much of the reduction.

#Planned shift toward longer-distance shipping and commodities

To address weaker demand in Southeast Asia, Tianci said it intends to place greater focus on long-distance shipping lines, which it said generally produce higher profit margins.

As part of that direction, the company accumulated bulk chrome and manganese ore and completed its initial mineral sales during fiscal 2026. Through its subsidiary Roshing, Tianci said it sources minerals from resource-rich regions for resale and intends to use bulk vessel and container shipping for supply-chain services serving metallurgical and steelmaking customers.

#Business operations and risks

Tianci provides ocean freight forwarding services through Roshing, including container and bulk goods shipping across the Asia-Pacific, including Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea and Vietnam. The group also earns revenue from electronic parts sales and business consulting.

Tianci said its forward-looking statements involve known and unknown risks and uncertainties, and cautioned that actual results may differ materially from anticipated results. The company also said it is not obligated to publicly update or revise those statements except as may be required by law.
