CanCambria Energy Corp. (TSXV: CCEC) (FSE: 4JH) (OTCQB: CCEYF) says President and Chief Executive Officer Dr. Paul Clarke will host an investor webcast on June 30, 2026, covering the company’s Kiskunhalas Project in southern Hungary and recent strategic developments.

#Webcast details

The Zoom presentation is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. PDT, with the company also listing the time as 4:00 p.m. EDT and 10:00 p.m. CEST. CanCambria says the webcast will provide an overview of its portfolio and recent technical and commercial milestones at the 100% owned Kiskunhalas Project.

#Resource figures and project economics

CanCambria plans to discuss the scale of the Kiskunhalas Project, including a previously announced combined Contingent Resource of 1.1 trillion cubic feet (Tcf) of natural gas and 116.6 million barrels (MMbbl) of condensate and natural gas liquids.

The company also cites a 2C (Best Estimate) Development Pending Contingent Resource of 571.9 billion cubic feet (Bcf) of natural gas and 59.6 MMbbl of condensate and natural gas liquids, net to the company and risked at 80%.

CanCambria says the webcast will cover project-level valuation metrics, including a previously announced net present value discounted at 10% (NPV10) of approximately US$1.76 billion, as well as expected individual well returns. These figures are referenced to the company’s upgraded independent resource evaluation dated September 30, 2025.

#Development and exploration plans

The Phase 1 development plan described by the company comprises 56 vertical wells. CanCambria says the plan is supported by proprietary 3D seismic and legacy well data, and includes two permitted, drill-ready locations.

The company also expects to discuss type curve and dynamic reservoir modelling that it says supports its field development plan, rapid capital recovery and the potential for near-term cash flow generation.

Alongside the deep gas opportunity, CanCambria says ongoing technical work is assessing lower-cost, shorter-cycle, oil-weighted opportunities. The company has also identified a 350 km² shallow high-impact exploration trend within the Kiskunhalas Concession Area. According to the company, the trend contains multiple oil-weighted leads and prospects mapped from legacy 2D seismic data across a proven hydrocarbon basin.

#Joint venture process and forward-looking statements

The webcast is expected to address progress with prospective strategic partners in the Kiskunhalas Project joint venture process, as well as the anticipated timeline for initiating development. The announcement does not state that a joint venture has been completed or that development has begun.

CanCambria says the webcast’s timing and content, along with its business plans, capital costs and objectives, are forward-looking information. The company cautions that the webcast may not take place as contemplated, or at all, and that forward-looking information is subject to risks, uncertainties, assumptions and other factors beyond its control. It also says such information should not be treated as a guarantee of future performance or results and may change after the date of the announcement.
