XCF Global Reports September Gross Product Sales Above $12 Million and 1.4 Million Gallons Shipped
XCF Global reported September gross product sales of more than $12 million and approximately 1.4 million gallons of renewable diesel shipments from its New Rise Renewables Reno facility.
XCF Global Inc. (Nasdaq:SAFX) reported September gross product sales of more than $12 million from renewable diesel and shipments of approximately 1.4 million gallons from its New Rise Renewables Reno facility. The company said the results reflected higher production, expanded commercial activity and additional customer contracts.
XCF Global said daily production at New Rise Renewables Reno reached ~85,000 gallons per day by the end of September. The company described that level as approaching the facility’s permitted nameplate capacity of 105,000 -110,000 gallons per day.
The release also gives the facility’s annual capacity as ~38 -40 million gallons per year. XCF said September shipments comprised approximately 1.4 million gallons of renewable diesel.
The September performance followed an August increase in daily production and sales from approximately 50,000 gallons per day to more than 70,000 gallons per day, according to the company.
XCF Global defines gross product sales as a management estimate based on the number of gallons sold multiplied by the average observed or derived price in the end-customer market for each product during the period. The company said the measure includes government incentives, feedstock, processing and logistics.
The September figure was also described as being generated from fuel sales, government incentives and renewable attributes. XCF said gross product sales is a non-GAAP measure and should not be treated as an alternative to revenue, net income or net loss, or another performance measure prepared under U.S. GAAP. The company also cautioned that similarly titled measures used by other companies may not be comparable.
Chris Cooper, chief executive officer of XCF Global, said the company believed the activity at New Rise Renewables Reno reflected repeatable and sustainable commercial operations. He attributed the increase in shipments and product sales to higher production while the company continued scaling the facility.
Those comments represent management’s view of the September performance. The company’s release states that forward-looking statements are subject to risks and uncertainties and are not guarantees, assurances, predictions or definitive statements of fact or probability.
XCF Global is a U.S.-based producer of renewable diesel and sustainable aviation fuel, or SAF. Its flagship New Rise Renewables Reno facility has a permitted nameplate production capacity of up to 38 million gallons per year. The company said it intends to advance potential expansion opportunities in Nevada, North Carolina and Florida, but stated that those opportunities remain subject to feasibility assessments, financing, regulatory approvals and market conditions.
The company identified risks including changes in domestic and foreign business, market, financial, political and legal conditions; higher manufacturing, operating and interest expenses; changes to offtake arrangements; legal proceedings; and its ability to regain and maintain compliance with Nasdaq’s continued listing standards.
Other risks cited include integrating New Rise, implementing the business plan on its anticipated timeline, securing financing and the terms of that financing, interruptions or material changes to SAF production, interruptions to renewable diesel production, and disputes involving the Reno facility’s ground lease and outstanding development loans.
XCF Global also listed costs and potential disruption connected with the Business Combination, its ability to realise anticipated benefits from the Business Combination and New Rise acquisitions, competition, growth management, customer and supplier relationships, employee retention, regulatory requirements, government support, intellectual property, public-company reporting obligations and increased public-company costs. The company said LOIs and MOUs may not advance to definitive agreements or commercial deployment and noted that additional economic, business, competitive and regulatory risks may exist.
