Revolve Renewable Power Corp. (CSE:REVV)(OTCQB:REVVF) has signed a definitive agreement, through a subsidiary, to acquire all issued and outstanding shares of Logan Energy Storage ULC. Logan owns three battery energy storage system projects in Ontario with combined capacity of 6 MW / 11.7 MWh.
The purchase price for the portfolio is CAD$1,500,000, which Revolve said will be paid using cash on its balance sheet. The seller is described as being at arm’s length to Revolve.
Revolve executed the definitive equity purchase and related agreements on October 30, 2026. The acquisition remains subject to customary closing conditions and applicable approvals, meaning the transaction has not yet been completed.

The proposed purchase follows Revolve’s acquisition of the six-project, 14.2 MW / 24.3 MWh Trillium Storage portfolio, which the company said was completed in August 2026. Revolve described the Logan transaction as part of its approach of acquiring assets alongside its greenfield development pipeline.
Revolve said required corporate or regulatory approvals could be delayed or not obtained, and that the acquisition may not be completed on the anticipated terms or timeline, or at all. Further transaction terms and conditions apply beyond those set out here.
The company also identified risks involving the continued operation and performance of the portfolio, host customer arrangements, service agreements, permits and interconnection approvals. Other cited risks include financing availability on commercially reasonable terms, counterparty and customer credit risk, changes in laws or regulations, energy pricing, operational performance, equipment failure, maintenance issues, cost inflation and supply chain disruptions.
Revolve cautioned that its forward-looking information is based on estimates and assumptions that may prove inaccurate. The company said actual results may differ materially and adversely from projections, and that its projections have not been examined, reviewed or compiled by independent accountants or other third-party experts.
