Ondas Inc. (NASDAQ:ONDS) said it secured more than $165 million in aggregate orders from the second half of August through October 1. Including approximately $105 million secured earlier in the third quarter, the company said orders since June 30 exceeded $270 million.

#Orders span autonomous defense activities

Ondas said the order activity covered multiple geographies and product categories across its autonomous defense and security portfolio. The company linked the orders to systems and services involving Counter-UAS, loitering munition systems, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance, ground robotics, electronic warfare, AI-enabled command-and-control, and critical infrastructure inspection and monitoring.

Ondas said the orders were expanding its backlog and strengthening revenue visibility into 2027. The company did not provide a backlog value in the announcement.

#ULTRA and IonStrike reach customer milestones

The company reported progress on customer and programme validation for ULTRA and IonStrike. Ondas described ULTRA as a candidate for a U.S. Department of War programme of record. It said IonStrike, which it refers to as the “Shahed Killer”, continued to validate the market opportunity with U.S. defense customers for the platforms.

Eric Brock, Ondas chairman and chief executive, said ULTRA and IonStrike had received strategically significant orders and were moving through key customer validation milestones. He said the company expected to provide further details on the two platforms as it moved through the fourth quarter.

#Bron’s $56 million ESAD award

Ondas also highlighted a recently announced $56 million award for Electronic Safe & Arm Devices, or ESAD, captured by Bron. The company said the award demonstrated traction with a leading European neo-prime and identified potential for recurring programme demand.

Ondas associated the award with the European loitering munitions market. The announcement did not state that any recurring demand had been secured.

#Company background and outlook

Ondas develops autonomous systems, robotics and other mission-critical technologies for defense, homeland security, public safety, critical infrastructure and industrial markets. Its portfolio includes autonomous drone systems, counter-UAS technologies, robotic ground systems, unmanned aircraft and propulsion solutions, demining and engineering systems, and integrated sensing and communications technologies.

The company said its systems are used by government, defense and commercial customers globally. Ondas expects demand to continue growing for scalable, cost-effective and integrated solutions across its listed defense and infrastructure applications. It also said it believes rising global defense spending, operational lessons from current conflicts and wider adoption of autonomous technologies are creating a significant multi-billion-dollar industry-wide opportunity across its core defense and security markets.

Ondas noted that statements about future events and performance are forward-looking and subject to risks, uncertainties and assumptions. The company said actual results could differ materially from those statements.
