Nextech3D.ai (OTCQB:NEXCF)(CSE:NTAR)(FSE:1SS) has announced the launch of Dynamic Pricing for its Map D platform. The functionality allows event organisers to create automated pricing rules for booths and sponsorships where inventory is limited, while retaining control over the prices and increases applied.

#Organiser-defined pricing rules

Map D Dynamic Pricing allows organisers to set starting prices, sales thresholds, pricing rules and maximum permitted increases. When specified sales thresholds are reached, prices for available inventory can increase automatically, but only within the limits selected by the organiser.

Organisers can also identify premium areas on an event floor plan and assign separate pricing parameters to those locations. Booths using manual pricing are not affected unless the organiser chooses to include them in Dynamic Pricing.

The system records each pricing adjustment and the reason for it. A dashboard metric labelled “Additional Revenue Generated” is available for organisers to review, with reports exportable to CSV or Excel.

#AI-assisted suggestions and revenue allocation

The feature includes AI-assisted recommendations for pricing rules. Organisers decide whether to Accept, Edit or Ignore each suggestion and continue to control starting prices, maximum increases and premium-zone settings.

Under Nextech3D.ai’s commercial model, the company will receive 30% of incremental revenue attributable to Dynamic Pricing, while 70% will be retained by the event organiser. The amount of incremental revenue, if any, will vary by event and will depend on available inventory, organiser-selected pricing parameters and customer purchasing activity.

#Historical platform activity and financial disclosures

Nextech3D.ai said more than $75 million in booth sales had been processed through its platform over the past 36 months. This figure refers to gross booth sales processed, not revenue recognised by Nextech3D.ai, and the company has not determined what portion of that historical transaction volume would have been eligible for or subject to Dynamic Pricing.

The company has not provided a forecast for the revenue Dynamic Pricing will generate or for the percentage of Map D customers or events that will use the functionality. Nextech3D.ai said any incremental revenue will vary by event.

#Map D and stated risks

Map D is part of Nextech3D.ai’s event technology portfolio and provides interactive floor planning and related technology for event organisers. Dynamic Pricing applies to booths and sponsorships with limited inventory.

Nextech3D.ai identified product-performance risks, customer-adoption risks, competitive conditions, availability of capital, regulatory developments, data-security and privacy requirements and operating costs in its forward-looking disclosures. The company said there can be no assurance that Map D Dynamic Pricing will achieve anticipated customer adoption or financial benefits, and cautioned that actual results could differ materially from management’s current expectations and assumptions.
