DataMEDS AI Announces Community Respiratory Programme for Corexa Pharmacy Network
DataMEDS AI has established the Health Lives Here Community Respiratory Program for the Corexa Health Pharmacy Network, with an initial rollout planned at Corexa Pharmacy in Lakeland, Florida.
DataMEDS AI, Inc. (NASDAQ:MEDS) has announced the establishment of its Health Lives Here Community Respiratory Program for the Corexa Health Pharmacy Network. The initiative is intended to be marketed to the network’s 6,500+ independent pharmacies, with the first rollout planned at Corexa Pharmacy in Lakeland, Florida, later in the fourth quarter of 2026.
The programme is designed to support community pharmacies with respiratory-season education and access to vaccination, testing and treatment referral services. DataMEDS said participating pharmacies are expected to receive pharmacist education, along with supply, benefits-verification, billing and referral-routing support from Corexa Health.
Corexa Distribution is expected to assist with the supply of vaccines, tests and antivirals. The number of pharmacies that ultimately participate, the timing of any wider expansion and the programme’s financial contribution remain forward-looking matters.
Nuvaxovid, described by DataMEDS as a protein-based, non-mRNA COVID-19 vaccine, is expected to receive priority in the vaccination campaign. The company states that the vaccine is FDA-approved for adults 65 and older and for individuals 12 through 64 with at least one underlying condition that places them at high risk of severe COVID-19.
Participating pharmacies are expected to offer CLIA-waived rapid point-of-care tests for COVID-19 and influenza. Pharmacy-collected swabs may be sent to DataMEDS’ Helomics laboratory or partner laboratories for confirmatory and multi-pathogen testing. Planned testing also includes COVID-19 neutralising antibody assessments and immune profiling for circulating respiratory infections such as influenza, RSV and strep.
For moderately to severely immunocompromised patients who may not develop an adequate response to vaccination, DataMEDS said it is working to coordinate physician referrals to monoclonal antibody pre-exposure prophylaxis available under FDA Emergency Use Authorisation.
The programme plans to offer Long COVID-related biomarker panels covering cardiovascular markers, including microclot markers, as well as immune and metabolic markers. Capillary blood samples could be collected at a pharmacy or at home and analysed by laboratory partners.
Through the Health Lives Here mobile application, patients are expected to be able to schedule appointments, complete pre-screening and connect with licensed telehealth providers, including from a pharmacy. Where clinically appropriate, providers may prescribe an antiviral within recommended treatment windows. Household contacts may also be assessed for post-exposure prevention options.
Tests, vaccinations, prescriptions and laboratory results are intended to be recorded in a patient-controlled Health Lives Here health record, with public-health reporting carried out where required.
DataMEDS said the programme aims to improve access to FDA-approved antivirals for the treatment and post-exposure prevention of COVID-19, influenza and RSV in adults. After a provider makes an antiviral decision, patients may be offered Tollo Health’s Galectovid medical food as an optional adjunct under medical supervision. It is not intended to replace FDA-approved therapy.
Pharmacists are also expected to receive education on dietary supplements, including Tollo Health’s Tollovid. Patients experiencing Long COVID symptoms may be informed about possible eligibility for planned clinical research studies being prepared by Tollo Health, subject to institutional review board approval and applicable FDA requirements.
DataMEDS identified potential activity for several of its businesses, including vaccine and antiviral dispensing, rapid tests, medical foods and dietary supplements through Corexa Pharmacy; product sales through Corexa Distribution; physician telehealth services through Health Lives Here; and infectious-disease testing and immune profiling through Helomics Corporation.
The company said the programme’s rollout and potential revenue may be affected by pharmacy participation, product sourcing, respiratory-season demand, reimbursement, state rules governing pharmacy services, product regulatory status, CLIA certification, laboratory capacity and telehealth-provider availability. It also cited healthcare privacy, fraud-and-abuse and public-health reporting requirements, competition, Nasdaq listing compliance, liquidity, capital resources and its ability to fund operations.
DataMEDS stated that its forward-looking statements are based on management’s current expectations and are not predictions of actual performance. The company cautioned that actual results may differ materially because of risks and uncertainties.
DataMEDS AI, formerly Wellgistics Health, describes itself as a healthcare company integrating technology, pharmacy, pharmaceutical-adjacent and telemedicine operations. Its EinsteinRx artificial intelligence platform and PharmacyChain blockchain-enabled smart contracts platform are incorporated into Tollo Health’s Health Lives Here application. DataMEDS also operates the Corexa Health pharmacy-related business and owns Helomics Corporation, a commercial clinical molecular diagnostics laboratory based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

DataMEDS AI announced that it had established the “Health Lives Here” Community Respiratory Program, or HLH CRP, for independent pharmacies in the Corexa Health Pharmacy Network. The programme is intended to bring respiratory-season practices to community pharmacies and improve access to vaccines, diagnostics and therapeutics for respiratory infectious diseases.
DataMEDS AI said the programme will first be rolled out at Corexa Pharmacy in Lakeland, Florida, later in the fourth quarter of 2026. The company also said the initiative is intended to expand to pharmacies in the Corexa Health Network, with the timing and extent of that expansion included among its forward-looking statements.

DataMEDS AI said participating pharmacies are expected to receive pharmacist education on respiratory-season practices, together with supply, benefits-verification, billing and referral-routing support from Corexa Health. Corexa Distribution is expected to support the supply of vaccines, tests and antivirals, while the company is working to coordinate physician referral to monoclonal antibody pre-exposure prophylaxis available under FDA Emergency Use Authorisation for certain moderately to severely immunocompromised patients.
DataMEDS AI identified potential revenue streams from Corexa Pharmacy’s vaccine and antiviral dispensing, rapid tests, medical foods and dietary supplements; Corexa Distribution’s sales of vaccines, antivirals, nutraceuticals and rapid tests; Health Lives Here physician telehealth services; and Helomics Corporation’s acute and chronic infectious disease testing and immune profiling. The company described these as potential revenue streams rather than completed revenue.

DataMEDS AI’s shares trade on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol NASDAQ:MEDS.
DataMEDS AI said the programme’s rollout and potential revenue depend on matters including pharmacy participation, sourcing vaccines, monoclonal antibodies, antivirals and diagnostic tests on acceptable terms, demand and respiratory-season severity, reimbursement, state laws governing pharmacy services, product regulatory status, CLIA certification, laboratory and telehealth availability, and compliance with healthcare, privacy and fraud-and-abuse requirements. The company also identified competition, Nasdaq listing compliance, liquidity, capital resources and its ability to fund operations as risks, and cautioned that actual results may differ materially from its forward-looking statements.
