Cosmos Health Reports Preliminary Nine-Month Revenue of Approximately $54.3 Million
Cosmos Health reported record preliminary revenue for the first nine months and third quarter of 2026, while cautioning that the figures remain unaudited and subject to review.
Cosmos Health Inc. (NASDAQ:COSM) reported preliminary revenue of approximately $54.3 million for the nine months ended September 30, 2026, an increase of 19%, or $8.7 million, from $45.6 million in the same period of 2025. The healthcare group also reported preliminary third-quarter revenue of approximately $17.4 million and reaffirmed its expectation that full-year 2026 revenue will surpass $90 million.
The company said its nine-month 2026 revenue was close to the $54.4 million recorded for the whole of 2024. It represented 83% of the $65.3 million reported for full-year 2025. Compared with the first nine months of 2024, revenue was up 35%.
The nine-month and third-quarter figures are preliminary and unaudited. They are based on information available to management as of October 7, 2026, and remain subject to the completion of quarter-end financial closing procedures and review. Cosmos Health said actual results may differ from the preliminary estimates.
Preliminary third-quarter revenue of approximately $17.4 million exceeded the $17.1 million recorded in the third quarter of 2025 and the $12.4 million reported in the third quarter of 2024. The company said the latest quarter was its highest third-quarter result, with revenue up 40% from the third quarter of 2024.
Cosmos Health said revenue in the first, second and third quarters of 2026 each surpassed the previous high for the corresponding quarter. The company described the third-quarter comparison as particularly demanding because the third quarter of 2025 had previously been its highest quarterly revenue period.
The company attributed the increase to activity across contract manufacturing, pharmaceutical distribution and proprietary brands. Contract manufacturing at Cana Laboratories had a production pipeline of more than 32.7 million units.
Pharmaceutical distribution subsidiary CosmoFarm recorded its highest volumes across a network of more than 1,500 pharmacies. Cosmos Health also said brands including Sky Premium Life, C-Scrub and C-Sept expanded in established markets and entered additional territories and channels. Sales momentum in the United States continued to build, according to the company.
Cosmos Health reaffirmed its expectation that full-year 2026 revenue will surpass $90 million. The company said this outlook would represent growth of approximately 38% over 2025, but full-year 2026 remains an outlook rather than reported results.
The company currently expects the fourth quarter of 2026 to be the strongest quarter in its history, citing contract manufacturing orders, seasonal distribution activity and accelerating US sales as the factors supporting that expectation. This forward-looking statement is subject to risks and uncertainties.
Cosmos Health identified risks including its ability to secure sufficient financing, convert contract manufacturing pipeline volumes into production and revenue, achieve anticipated gross margins and complete planned capital investments. It also cited interest-rate and foreign-exchange changes, commodity and other price inflation or deflation, debt financing conditions, international operating challenges, legal and regulatory changes, tax rules, investigations, claims and litigation, insurance coverage, accounting charges, digital-asset strategies and related legal, regulatory and technological issues.
Additional uncertainties identified by the company include geopolitical effects from the war in Ukraine and ongoing conflicts in the Middle East and other regions, development and commercialisation of proprietary products and technologies, and the timing, execution, regulatory clearance, valuation, structure and completion of any potential asset-backed or tokenised financing programme.
Cosmos Health said complete third-quarter results will be included in its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended September 30, 2026. The announcement did not provide a filing date.
