Arrive AI (NASDAQ:ARAI) said Nasdaq has approved the transfer of its common stock from The Nasdaq Global Market to The Nasdaq Capital Market, effective 10/23/2026. The shares will continue trading under the symbol “ARAI” without interruption.

The company said the move allows it to regain compliance with the minimum market value of listed securities requirement and the minimum market value of publicly held shares requirement. Arrive AI is still working to meet the minimum bid price requirement and has until 11/30/2026 to demonstrate compliance.

#Nasdaq listing status

Arrive AI said it will provide updates as appropriate regarding the remaining minimum bid price requirement. The transfer to the Nasdaq Capital Market does not change the company’s trading symbol.

Dan O’Toole, Arrive AI’s founder, chairman and CEO, described the new market classification as appropriate for the company’s current status. He said the company’s focus is on deploying Arrive Points, developing partnerships and serving customers.

#Recent product and collaboration announcements

Arrive AI has also reported several developments since early October. On October 7, the company introduced the AP3 Plus, the latest version of its Arrive Point secure delivery endpoint, which is now available for shipping. The product includes edge computing and on-board vision intended to identify packages and track them through the chain of custody. Arrive AI said data can remain on the unit, with cloud options available according to customer needs.

On the same date, Arrive AI recapped its September 23 Investor Showcase at its Fishers, Indiana headquarters. The event included demonstrations of robots transferring packages to Arrive Points, interactive stations, Arrive OS, and the simulation and design tools supporting the platform.

On October 9, Arrive AI said it was working with Modovolo on automated package delivery by combining Modovolo’s modular Lift drone platform with Arrive AI’s intelligent delivery stations.

The company announced a Defense Division on October 12. The division is led by Chief Strategy Officer Neerav Shah and is focused on military, defense and national security markets.

Arrive AI and Rivo said on October 13 that they were integrating Arrive Points into Rivo’s autonomous solutions platform. The work begins with a proof-of-concept programme for secure autonomous delivery at golf properties.

On October 20, Arrive AI and Purdue University announced that they had begun discussions about testing Arrive Point technology with a range of robot platforms on Purdue’s campus.

#Arrive AI’s autonomous logistics platform

Arrive AI describes its business as infrastructure for autonomous logistics. Its network of intelligent delivery endpoints is designed to support secure, asynchronous exchanges of goods involving drones, ground robotics and human couriers.

The company says its platform is intended for logistics, healthcare and enterprise delivery applications, addressing what it describes as the “last inch of the last-mile” challenge.
