Ainos Reports More Than 3 Billion Chemical Data Points From AI Nose Platform
Ainos said its AI Nose platform has accumulated more than 3 billion real-world chemical data points, with factory deployments supporting software development and customer collaboration.
Ainos, Inc. (NASDAQ:AIMD) (NASDAQ:AIMDW) said its AI Nose platform has accumulated more than 3 billion real-world chemical data points. The company said the dataset has surpassed three times the 1 billion milestone announced in September.
Ainos said it has delivered 1,400 AI Nose systems. The company continues to work with a major semiconductor assembly and test customer, linking factory operations with technology development and follow-on applications.
According to Ainos, data gathered under different production conditions, background gases and environmental changes is being used to train and validate its Scent AI software. The company also said the operating experience supports work on system stability, environmental adaptability and chemical signal analysis.
AI Nose is designed to turn chemical and scent signals into machine-readable Smell ID data. Ainos said customers can track and analyse the resulting information to monitor environmental changes, examine anomalies and maintain historical records.
The company said chemical monitoring can supplement equipment and process data in advanced packaging facilities. It may help teams identify when an environmental change occurs, how long it continues and whether additional investigation is required.
Ainos also said continuous chemical records can provide personnel and management systems with additional information as factories move towards greater AI-enabled automation and unmanned operations.
Ainos describes its Chemical Intelligence platform as a combination of sensing systems, real-world chemical data and software. AI Nose incorporates proprietary sensing hardware, edge AI, cloud-based fleet management and a growing library of chemical data.
The company said Atmosphere Engine extends its technology towards environmental control. Ainos is developing these technologies for applications that include semiconductor manufacturing, robotics, industrial monitoring, healthcare and other Physical AI uses.
Ainos said it is continuing field applications and follow-on collaboration under its existing cooperation plans. The company is using deployment experience to pursue expansion opportunities with current customers and establish relationships with additional industrial customers.
Eddy Tsai, Ainos’s chairman and chief executive officer, said industrial adoption takes time and described system delivery as the start of a longer customer relationship. He said the company is working to refine its products, develop applications and pursue broader deployments and lasting commercial relationships.
Ainos said forward-looking statements are subject to risks and uncertainties. These include uncertainty around the contemplated collaboration framework and the expected receipt of license fees, manufacturing license fees and other consideration; the expectation that the company will incur net losses for the foreseeable future; the ability to become profitable; and the ability to raise additional capital for product development.
The company also identified risks related to predicting operating results, advancing product candidates through clinical trials, obtaining regulatory and marketing approvals, commercialising products, developing additional products including diagnostic testing devices, competing in the marketplace, and complying with applicable laws, regulations and tariffs. Ainos said actual results and other events may differ materially from forward-looking statements.

Ainos said it has delivered 1,400 AI Nose systems. The company linked continued collaboration with a major semiconductor assembly and test customer to broader applications and long-term business growth.
Ainos made the announcement on October 30, 2026. The update concerns the chemical dataset accumulated by the AI Nose platform and refers to the 1 billion milestone announced in September.
AI Nose converts chemical signals into information that customers can track and analyse to monitor environmental changes, investigate anomalies and maintain historical records. Ainos said the technology digitises scent and chemical signals into machine-readable Smell ID data.
Ainos said field experience from varying production conditions, background gases and environmental changes provides resources for training and validating Scent AI, refining system performance and improving system stability, environmental adaptability and chemical signal analysis.
Ainos said chemical monitoring can complement equipment and process data by helping teams identify when environmental changes occur, how long they persist and whether further investigation is needed. The company also said continuous, traceable chemical records can support decision-making as factories move towards greater AI-enabled automation and unmanned operations.
