#Sampling results identify new target

Goldcliff said earlier sampling of gold-silver-bearing carbonate-quartz material is located up to approximately 150 metres south of the newly identified area. Further work is needed to establish whether those occurrences are connected to the East Breccia Zone.

#Broader Kettle Valley sampling

The company's expanded prospecting and rock sampling programme followed analysis of an April hand-trenching programme. Goldcliff collected 79 rock samples between May 9 and May 14 to increase sample density and extend coverage into areas with limited previous sampling.

The results were grouped into samples with no significant or weakly anomalous values, samples with moderately to highly anomalous values, and samples returning greater than 0.20 g/t Au. The majority produced no significant values or were weakly anomalous, while a smaller group exceeded 0.20 g/t Au.

Goldcliff said the distribution of the results supports its interpretation that precious metal mineralization at Kettle Valley is structurally controlled and concentrated in discrete zones. The sampling is also being used to compare gold-silver grades with lithology and structure as the company refines areas for follow-up work.

#Potential drilling remains under evaluation

The Kettle Valley project is currently permitted for trenching and drilling. Goldcliff management and its geological team are evaluating the logistical requirements and geological priorities for a potential drill programme that could test the East Breccia Zone and other known areas of precious metal mineralization within the North Cliff Zone.
